- Normative references (EN, ETSI, FCC, IEC, 3GPP, IEEE, etc.), which remain the property of the standardisation bodies cited, and are reproduced here only as citations within the meaning of article L.122-5 of the French Intellectual Property Code;

Personal data & GDPR
Section titled “Personal data & GDPR”In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, EU 2016/679) and the French "Informatique et Libertés" law, AESTECHNO processes personal data with rigour and transparency.
spilma.com hosts no contact form and no user account area. No personal data is collected directly by this site. Commercial enquiries and editorial contacts are routed to aestechno.com, where a separate privacy policy applies to the AESTECHNO contact form.
The only data processed in the context of browsing spilma.com is:
- Technical server logs (IP address, timestamp, URL accessed, response code, user-agent), retained for 30 days for security and diagnostics;
- Anonymised audience-measurement data collected by Matomo, self-hosted by AESTECHNO, and by Google Analytics 4 (see cookies section below).
You have a right of access, rectification, portability and erasure of your data. To exercise these rights, write to contact@aestechno.com. In case of persistent disagreement, you may file a complaint with the CNIL, the French data-protection authority.
Cookies & audience measurement
Section titled “Cookies & audience measurement”spilma.com uses two audience-measurement tools, under different regimes.
Matomo, self-hosted by AESTECHNO, measures traffic without setting any cookie. It also records the terms typed into the site's internal search, together with the number of results returned. This is used solely to identify subjects the documentation does not yet cover; the terms are analysed in aggregate and are never tied to a visitor. The configuration used falls within the consent exemption the CNIL provides for audience measurement: no tracking cookie, anonymised IP address, no cross-site tracking, retention limited to 13 months, and no data passed to a third party. Matomo honours the Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals: if your browser sends either, no measurement takes place.
Google Analytics 4 measures site audience (most-viewed pages, navigation paths, traffic sources). This measurement relies on a technical _ga cookie managed by Google Analytics, set on your browser during the first visit.
The data collected is aggregated and anonymised; no personally identifiable information is shared with advertising networks, and no advertising profile is built from your visit. The maximum lifetime of the _ga cookie is 13 months.
To opt out of audience measurement, you can:
- enable the Global Privacy Control (GPC) or Do Not Track signal in your browser settings;
- install the official Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on;
- block third-party cookies or manually delete the
_gacookie in your browser settings.
These methods apply to Google Analytics. Matomo measurement, having no cookie, simply stops when you enable the Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal in your browser.
No other tracking cookie, nor any advertising pixel, is set by spilma.com.

Section titled “External links”spilma.com regularly links to third-party official sources (EUR-Lex, ETSI, FCC, CNIL, notified-body websites, etc.) and to the institutional AESTECHNO site. These third-party sites retain their own editorial policy and their own data-protection policy, over which AESTECHNO exercises no control.
